Bring your items to our store and one of our  expert  valuation  team will be able to confirm if we are able to buy it. Once we value the item and you are happy with the offer, we will buy it from you and store itt securely for up to 28 days.  You can then come back anytime within the 28 days and collect your item by paying the amount we originally gave you, plus a Buyback storage and processing fee.

What is Buyback?

Buyback is a 28 day agreement which allows you to get instant cash fory our valuables. we’ll store it for you securely, and then you have the option to buy it back from us for a fee within 28 days. After 28 days the item will be made available for sale.

Who can apply for Buyback?

You need to be

• 18 years old or over

• a UK resident

• the legal owner of the goods

What identification do I need to bring?

To comply with anti-money legislation and to help protect our customers and guard against theft and fraud we need to establish and verify the identity and address of all Buyback customers.  You’ll need to bring a minimum of two recent documents, one to confirm identity, such as a passport or driving licence and another to confirm address, dated from within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill, etc. We need to check these before we can give you any cash for your item.

What items could be used for Buyback?

We provide the Buyback service for luxury items such as Rolex, Cartier, branded jewellery and Luxury items such as Hermes and Chanel Bags

Where can I get my item valued?

Where are items kept in store?

Your valuables are kept securely in a locked safe so you can rest assured they are well looked after.

How much will I be paid?

There is no maximum amount, but this will depend on the make and model of your item, the condition that it’s in and also if you have all of the original boxes, and paperwork.

I want to buy my item back, how much will I need to pay?

You will have to pay the original amount we paid you for your item, plus an admin and storage fee.

Will you carry out a credit check on me?

No we do not carry out a credit check for Buyback as we are not supplying you with a credit agreement. However, for your peace of mind, we do check all items against a national stolen goods report.

When can I buy my items back?

You can buy your item back at any time up to 28 days from the date you sold it to us. After 28 days we will put the item available for sale.

How long does Buyback last?

The agreement is for 28 days.

Can I buy my item back before the 28 days are up?

Yes, you can buy your item back at any time before the 31 days have expired. The price you pay does not change whichever day you buy back up to this point.

Can I renew the Buyback agreement?

You can even extend the agreement by a further 28 days with our renewal option. This involves paying the fee at the time of repurchase and at the time of renewal. Any further renewals will be at the discretion of the staff.
