At W1 Watches, your satisfaction is paramount, so in the unlikely event that you wish to return your watch or jewellery to us, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee.  This is subject to the products being returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sold.

If you have purchased a new watch from us, all protective seals must be intact and the watch condition must be totally unworn and unmarked in order for us to accept the return.

Returning the products

You will be liable for all postage and packaging and the product must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that it is trackable and insured during transit.
